Provides one-on-one support and case management for low-income seniors who live in or frequent Chinatown and the Vancouver Downtown Eastside. A Cantonese-speaking outreach worker and Mandarin translation is available. Services include accompaniment and translation at medical appointments, help with government application forms, and referrals to legal services, neighbourhood programs, and Vancouver Coastal Health home support.
