Vancouver Coastal Health

Provides emergency response to crisis calls in the city of Vancouver for mental health situations or crisis concerns in partnership with the Vancouver Police Department and Vancouver Coastal Health. A police officer and psychiatric nurse work together to help de-escalate situations, provide crisis intervention and connect people to community services and supports. For life-threatening mental health or substance use crises, call 9-1-1.
