Provides free one-on-one counselling for low-income women black, Indigenous, and people of colour including transgender and two-spirit community members. Services are offered virtually and where available, in-person. Areas of support include racialized trauma, depression, sexuality and or gender issues, adjustment, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress management, and negative thoughts.
