Offers a variety of programs to encourage people with mental health and substance use challenges to participate in social and life skills development for better health outcomes. Services include healthy meals and snacks, supervised consumption site, food and clothing, advocacy, and social activities. The program also provides access to harm reduction and substance use programs, structured peer-training, pre-employment programs, and referrals to local community health and outreach supports.
