Kids Help Phone

Offers confidential toll-free telephone counselling and text-based support to help young people with challenges and or experiences they are facing. Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The program is staffed by trained professional counsellors with a wide variety of backgrounds including social work, psychology, sociology, and child and youth services.
