FamilySmart

Offers workshops for families and caregivers whose child or youth has been a patient in a psychiatric unit and is struggling with their mental health. Workshops are hosted online and facilitated by parents with lived experience. Training workshops and monthly events are also available for parents, caregivers and young adults. Participants share their perspectives and learn from each other to better understand. Online resources and videos available to everyone are also available.
