Provides access to a range of health services and programs including primary care, family support and youth programs to assist Cortes Island residents meet their everyday health care needs in order to stay healthy, prevent illness, and manage ongoing illness or disease. Services are offered in-person, phone or video by a team of health professionals including physicians, public health nurses, mental health nurses and visiting social workers. Offers primary care (family doctor or nurse practitioner).
