Provides a community support rehabilitation program to residents of New Westminster living with a mental illness. Together with a case manager and Community Living Support worker, participants develop a recovery plan through goal-setting, life skills and coping skills education and rehabilitation leading to independence in the community. Participants can be living on their own in the community, with family or in a transitional home. Funded program.
