Offers a 15-week support group for women who have experienced violence and or abuse. Women come together to share experiences and explore topic areas such as validation, empathy, anger management, communication skills, problem solving, and the impact of loss and grief. Participants learn about the negative impact of abuse on the mother-child relationship, and the challenges that women and children face when choosing to live free of violence and abuse.
